Chicago Weekend Events

The summer weeks are flying by!  I got a headstart to my weekend fun with a company outing at Arlington Park Race Track…what a day! It’s been years since I’ve been there & I must say, it waas better than I remembered!

For those that are just beginning to plan out their weekend, here are some of my favorite events

Farmers Market - my favorite is the Lincoln Park market in the park, by the petting farm in the zoo, between Clark & Stockton. Be sure to check out Seedlings, they have the best wild Strawberries & Fayette Creamery for some great  cheeses!

Lincoln Square Summer Concert Series and the Lincoln Square Block Party

Sheffield Garden Walk

Très Petite Concours - this hold the most appeal to me, even though I would never fit in one of those cars!

Dearborn Garden Walk

I’m looking forward to my weekend, I hope you are to!
